Returns & Exchanges

At Vanhallen London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
